Darren Sanders is a veteran of the Australian comedy scene whose dry laid back comedy style is in vast comparison to Patrick McMahon who has been described as ‘The Superman of Entertainment’ with his high energy vibes and larger-than-life personality.

Together they bring a two-part show where the city meets country combining Stand Up Comedy and the sounds of The Outback.

Darren Sanders has been performing comedy for over 30 years all over the world in pubs, clubs, cruise ships and corporate events. He even opened for The Temptations on their Australian tour. He has performed stand-up comedy live on TV shows In Melbourne Tonight, Rove Live, The Russell Gilbert Show and Stand Up Australia. Between 2012-2017 he hosted his self-titled Late Night Chat Show on the Nine Networks GO Channel.

Alongside fellow comedian Garry Who, they won the Antenna Award for Best Comedy Programme for their interview show Talking Comics. As an actor Darren has appeared in Underbelly 3 and the feature film by Working Dog ‘Any Questions for Ben’ where he has the honour of having the last line in the film and can be spotted in the film ‘Shooting Goldman’ as the Comedy Club host. He also appeared in the drama ‘A Place To Call Home’.

In 2001 he opened The Laugh Garage Comedy Club which ran until 2013 and in 2017 started The Sydney Comedy Club which still runs shows at Riverside Theatres in Parramatta.

As a young boy growing up in Nannup, Western Australia, Patrick McMahon learned his trade singing and songwriting while performing at the cattle stations and mining camps along the West Australian coast. Now as a seasoned performer, Patrick enjoys worldwide success having worked alongside some of the biggest names in music including Sir Cliff Richard, Dionne Warwick, Charley Pride and many more.

Patrick continues to write and record original country rock songs performing at music festivals, clubs and cruise ships across Australia, The USA and Asia.
