Insular – Development of a new theatre work.

Full of contradiction, the “insular peninsular” as it’s known by locals, is a place in flux. 

Sea changers flock in their droves from Sydney and long-time insulars cling desperately on, as this place swells around them, pulsing with intersecting stories and secrets. 

Insular delves into this melting pot of the bizarre, the mundane, the dark, the funny, the compelling, empathetically satirising a place of both intense community and extreme isolation.
