Education and Workshops

Education and engagement is a major focus of The Art House, and is a key part our company values and strategic plan that guides us forward.

The Art House Schools Program offers premium theatre experiences for both Primary and Secondary students.

With school group discounts available on most performances, we aim to give students a positive and engaging learning experience, catering for first time theatre-goers, as well as vocational students looking to extend their training.

Expand your students’ experience with Q&A’s and workshops with performers or production companies or book in a behind the scenes tour of The Art House. We will provide curriculum links and educational materials for the classroom where possible.

What’s on for Schools – email education@thearthousewyong.com.au to discuss what’s coming up at The Art House. We can also add your school to our email mailing list so you can find out what’s coming up first. We love hearing from teachers, so don’t hesitate to get in touch!

Backstage Tours – private guided tours can be arranged for VET Entertainment/Drama Classes by emailing: education@thearthousewyong.com.au

Workshops – The Art House works closely with touring companies to provide further ways to learn and engage with their content. If you are interested in workshops or other opportunities, please let us know.
